CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We cannot alter your order once it has been placed. Howver, we can cancel and refund your order to allow you to order the correct items. This is only able to occur up until the order has been processed. Upon this occuring, we cannot cancel and refund your order. CAN I CHANGE MY POSTAL ADDRESS?
You are able to change your postal address if it has been entered incorrectly up until you receive the notification that your order has been fulfilled and processed. After this, we are unable to change it. If you have entered an incorrect address, please reach out to us at info@tanenvyaus.com
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipping is available Australia wide. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Standard delivery: 3-6 business days.
Express delivery: 2-4 business days.
MY ORDER IS INCORRECT/DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

If your order is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can organise returns and refunds.

HOW DO I PAY IF I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you elect to pick up your order, we recommend messaging us via instagram to arrange this, to avoid paying through the website and getting charged for delivery.
SUN & TANNING
IS THIS FAKE TAN?
No. This product is an accelerator that allows you to develop a natural tan. It requires sunlight to activate the product, unlike fake tan.
DO I NEED TO WEAR SUNSCREEN WITH THESE PRODUCTS?
Our products do not contain SPF. Applying sunscreen with the use of our products will not stop you from getting a tan. The rate that you will develop a tan depends on your skin type. If you use sunscreen, the tanning process will be slower, however please always keep in mind your skin type and stay protected.
IS THIS SUITABLE IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?
Please ensure that you take the time to check the product ingredients if you have an allergy.
I STRUGGLE TO TAN, WILL THIS PRODUCT WORK?
Every person has a different level of melanin in their skin. This impacts the rate at which you can develop a natural tan. Our products will help every skin type tan, however the time it takes will differ for everyone.
